I offer trauma-informed, integrative psychotherapy that centers attachment and the body as primary pathways to healing. My work supports clients in developing more secure, attuned relationships—with themselves and with others—while gently working with the nervous system to process and release long-held patterns.
I specialize in working with abandonment wounds, heartbreak, grief and loss, and anxious attachment patterns, and how these experiences can live in both the nervous system and inner world long after relationships have changed or ended. These patterns often show up as heightened sensitivity to distance, fear of rejection or loss, difficulty trusting stability in relationships, and a deep longing for reassurance and connection that can feel hard to settle.
I approach these responses not as flaws, but as intelligent adaptations shaped by early attachment experiences and reinforced through later relational pain. In our work, we explore how abandonment experiences—both past and present—become reactivated in current relationships, and how the attachment system organizes around proximity, anxiety, protest, and connection-seeking in moments of perceived disconnection.
