Psychedelic Somatic Therapy

Sometimes, understanding why we struggle isn't enough to change how we feel, how we relate, or the patterns we find ourselves repeating. We may recognize where our wounds began and have spent years developing insight, yet still find ourselves caught in familiar emotional responses, relationship dynamics, or deeply held beliefs about who we are.

Our earliest relationships and life experiences shape us in profound ways, influencing our nervous system, our sense of safety, and how we experience ourselves and others. Many of these patterns exist beneath conscious awareness, held not only in our thoughts and beliefs but also in our bodies and relational experiences.

Psychedelic Somatic Therapy offers an approach to healing that works with these deeper layers of experience. Integrating somatic awareness, attachment-focused psychotherapy, and carefully supported psychedelic experiences, this work creates opportunities to explore emotional patterns as they emerge in the present moment. Rather than relying on insight alone, the process invites a deeper encounter with the experiences, protective responses, and unmet needs that may continue to shape your life.

The intention is not simply to understand yourself differently, but to develop a new relationship with yourself—one rooted in greater emotional freedom, self-trust, connection, and wholeness. With appropriate preparation, therapeutic support, and integration, this work can open new possibilities for relating to yourself and others with greater awareness and choice.

Low Dose Ketamine & Cannabis

My work with Psychedelic Somatic Therapy incorporates low-dose ketamine and cannabis to support deeper somatic and emotional exploration. These medicines can shift habitual patterns of awareness and create opportunities to connect with bodily sensations, emotions, and implicit experiences that may be difficult to access through talk therapy alone.

Within the therapeutic relationship, we work directly with what emerges, attending to the body's responses, protective patterns, and underlying emotional experiences as they unfold. The focus remains on the therapeutic process itself—not the medicine alone—with somatic exploration, relational support, and integration working together to support meaningful change.
