Our Mission & Vision
We offer attachment-informed, depth-oriented psychotherapy that honors the complexity and intelligence of your lived experience. Our work supports healing not merely as symptom reduction, but as integration—a return to the deeper Self beneath survival adaptations, protective patterns, and inherited expectations.
Grounded in clinical science and depth psychology, we understand anxiety, depression, relational conflict, and life transitions as meaningful communications from the psyche. Rather than pathologizing these experiences, we approach them with curiosity and respect. Therapy becomes a protected space to explore unconscious material, repair attachment wounds, and transform suffering into insight and beauty.
We specialize in integrative mind–body–spirit psychotherapy for women navigating life’s developmental thresholds: trauma, grief and loss, divorce, motherhood, career transitions, midlife awakening, perimenopause, illness, and encounters with mortality. While these passages can feel destabilizing, they also hold profound potential for maturation, rebirth, and spiritual evolution.
Our approach weaves together attachment theory, hakomi mindfulness, somatic therapy, compassionate inquiry, and creative exploration—supporting nervous system regulation, deeper self-trust, and a more coherent, embodied sense of identity.
At its heart, our vision is rooted in wholeness—gently integrating the fragmented parts of the self and fostering self-compassion, authenticity, and conscious relationship.
