Our Mission & Vision
We offer attachment-informed, somatic, and depth-oriented psychotherapy that honors the complexity and wisdom of your lived experience. Our work understands healing not merely as symptom reduction, but as integration—a return to the deeper Self beneath survival adaptations, protective patterns, and inherited relational wounds.
Grounded in attachment theory, neuroscience, somatic psychotherapy, depth psychology, mindfulness, anxiety, depression, relational conflict, and life transitions are understood as meaningful communications reflecting unmet attachment needs, unresolved emotional wounds, and underlying imbalances within the nervous system.
Rather than pathologizing these experiences, we approach them with curiosity, compassion, and respect. Therapy becomes a safe and supportive space to explore unconscious patterns, repair attachment injuries, regulate the nervous system, and transform suffering into meaningful change.
We specialize in integrative mind-body-spirit psychotherapy for women navigating the lasting impact of early childhood trauma, anxious attachment, fear of abandonment, relationship difficulties, heartbreak, divorce, grief and loss, women's issues, major life transitions, and midlife awakening. While these experiences can feel overwhelming and destabilizing, they also hold opportunities for healing, growth, and self-discovery.
At the heart of our vision is a belief in wholeness—the integration of fragmented parts of the self through self-compassion, secure attachment, authenticity, and conscious relationship. We believe that healing occurs through connection, allowing individuals to cultivate deeper self-trust, more fulfilling relationships, and a greater sense of meaning.
