Our Mission & Vision
We believe the deepest healing is not becoming someone new, but remembering who you were before trauma, fear, and self-abandonment taught you otherwise.
We offer attachment-informed, somatic, and depth-oriented psychotherapy that honors the wisdom of your lived experience. Grounded in attachment theory, neuroscience, somatic psychotherapy, depth psychology, and mindfulness, we understand anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, and life transitions as meaningful expressions of unmet needs, unresolved emotional wounds, and nervous system dysregulation.
Rather than pathologizing these experiences, we approach them with curiosity, compassion, and respect. Therapy becomes a safe, collaborative space to heal attachment wounds, regulate the nervous system, deepen self-awareness, and create lasting change.
We specialize in integrative mind-body-spirit psychotherapy for women navigating childhood trauma, anxious attachment, fear of abandonment, emotionally abusive relationships, heartbreak, grief and loss, major life transitions, and midlife transformation.
Our passion is helping women reclaim themselves. We support women in finding their voice, trusting their intuition, strengthening boundaries, and breaking free from patterns of self-abandonment, people-pleasing, and over-functioning. Through this work, clients cultivate greater self-trust, emotional resilience, healthier relationships, and the confidence to live authentically.
At the heart of our vision is a belief in wholeness—that healing is not about becoming someone different, but remembering who you have always been.
