The Soul of Supervision: Deepening Your Practice from the Inside Out

Supervision at its best becomes soul work. In this space, supervision is more than reviewing cases or meeting requirements—it is an invitation to deep reflection, self-discovery, and professional transformation. I offer clinical, and business mentorship for building a private practice.

You are invited to explore the subtleties of your therapeutic presence, the patterns you bring to your work, and the ways your own growth shapes your effectiveness with clients. Here, clinical insight meets personal evolution, challenges become opportunities for clarity and resilience, and your capacity to hold others is strengthened by your ability to hold yourself with curiosity and care.

With 15 years of experience in private practice, spanning both psychotherapy and a holistic nutrition private practice, I bring the perspective of a seasoned entrepreneur and visionary. My supervision is designed not only to strengthen your clinical skills but also to help you clarify your purpose, hone your vision, and connect with your unique dharma as a therapist.

Together, we identify your niche, refine your specialties, and explore branding, marketing, and the practical steps to confidently present yourself to clients. Whether your goal is to build a private practice you can take with you once licensed, or to grow within a collaborative community of like-minded therapists, this supervision supports both your clinical expertise and your entrepreneurial spirit.

Clinical Supervision: More Than Guidance—Soulful Growth for Therapists

Clinical supervision is more than a requirement; it’s an invitation to deepen your professional skill, expand your self-awareness, and integrate your heart into your work with clients. I provide individualized, reflective, and ethically grounded supervision for AMFTs, APCCs, LMFTs, LPCCs, and other mental health professionals seeking both guidance and growth.

In our supervision sessions, we explore clinical cases, ethical dilemmas, and professional development, while also honoring the emotional and energetic impact of this work on you as a therapist.

Together, we create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can reflect on your challenges, clarify your therapeutic approach, and cultivate confidence and presence in session.

Supervision with me is grounded in evidence-based practices and enriched with mindfulness, somatic awareness, attachment-informed perspectives, and reflective depth work. It’s a space to nurture your professional competence and your personal evolution—so you can show up more fully, authentically, and effectively for your clients.

By the end of supervision, you’ll not only feel more confident in your clinical skills but also more attuned to your inner guidance, resilient in the face of professional challenges, and inspired by the meaningful work you do every day.

Holistic Clinical Supervision & Business Mentorship for Therapists

You’ll gain confidence, refine your professional identity, and develop the tools to expand your reach, while receiving guidance, accountability, and steady, compassionate encouragement every step of the way.

My mentorship style is both grounding and visionary—I help you clarify your direction, strengthen your clinical voice, and build the practical skills needed to grow a meaningful, aligned practice.

I also bring a unique background in health promotion and program development. I hold a certification in Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion and have designed and facilitated wellness programs, workshops, and large-scale events across hospitals, universities, community centers, and non-profit organizations.

This includes Toronto General Hospital; the University of Toronto; ME to WE (formerly Free The Children), where I coordinated Oprah’s Ambassador Program; and Byron Katie International, where I worked for five years as a registration and program coordinator, event planner, and at times, personal assisting.

I’ve also worked in sales for several years for a vitamin company, providing me with additional insight into clinical and holistic health, integrative wellbeing, and working with medical professionals, building relationships, and facilitating presentations and tradeshows across the US.
