About Jacqueline Robertson, Registered Holistic Nutritionist
I have been practicing as a Holistic Nutritionist for 16 years and am a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP), trained at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition (IHN) in Toronto. Prior to my work as a psychotherapist, I spent many years immersed in clinical holistic health, working with hundreds of clients seeking support for hormonal issues, PMS, digestive problems, and chronic stress-related conditions.
In my earlier career, I lived and worked in downtown Toronto, where I saw clients from all walks of life—women, men, families, and groups—who were ready to improve their health without sacrificing the foods they loved. My approach was rooted in the belief that getting healthy doesn’t mean restricting joy, but instead adding delicious, nutrient-dense foods and natural practices that support vitality.
My clinical work took place in several specialty health clinics, including D’Avignon Digestive Health Centre and Vitalife Digestive Wellness Clinic. As both a Holistic Nutritionist and Colon Hydrotherapist, I gained extensive experience working with digestive conditions such as IBS, Candida, gut issues, chronic bloating, and inflammation, as well as a range of hormonal and women’s health concerns—from PMS to more complex health challenges.
I also worked for Nutrilab/CustomVite, where I created customized nutritional supplement formulations for patients under the supervision of their physicians. Outside of clinical settings, I taught health and nutrition workshops throughout the community, including at Toronto General Hospital, the University of Toronto’s Health & Wellbeing Services, and the Hamilton Tiger-Cats Women’s Football Clinics.
The core of my work has always centered on women’s health and hormones. Having personally navigated hormonal imbalance and various women’s health challenges, I have long carried a deep sense of compassion, understanding, and dedication to supporting women on their healing journey.
I have offered services in hormone testing, allergy testing, and customized nutritional planning, and have facilitated intimate workshops for women across Canada—empowering them to make sustainable, meaningful lifestyle changes through education, community, and natural foods.
