About Jacqueline Robertson, Registered Holistic Nutritionist

I have been practicing as a Holistic Nutritionist for 16 years and am a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP), trained at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition (IHN) in Toronto. Prior to my work as a psychotherapist, I spent many years immersed in clinical holistic health, working with hundreds of clients seeking support for hormonal issues, PMS, digestive problems, and chronic stress-related conditions.

In my earlier career, I lived and worked in downtown Toronto, where I saw clients from all walks of life—women, men, families, and groups—who were ready to improve their health without sacrificing the foods they loved. My approach was rooted in the belief that getting healthy doesn’t mean restricting joy, but instead adding delicious, nutrient-dense foods and natural practices that support vitality.

My clinical work took place in several specialty health clinics, including D’Avignon Digestive Health Centre and Vitalife Digestive Wellness Clinic. As both a Holistic Nutritionist and Colon Hydrotherapist, I gained extensive experience working with digestive conditions such as IBS, Candida, gut issues, chronic bloating, and inflammation, as well as a range of hormonal and women’s health concerns—from PMS to more complex health challenges.

I also worked for Nutrilab/CustomVite, where I created customized nutritional supplement formulations for patients under the supervision of their physicians. Outside of clinical settings, I taught health and nutrition workshops throughout the community, including at Toronto General Hospital, the University of Toronto’s Health & Wellbeing Services, and the Hamilton Tiger-Cats Women’s Football Clinics.

The core of my work has always centered on women’s health and hormones. Having personally navigated hormonal imbalance and various women’s health challenges, I have long carried a deep sense of compassion, understanding, and dedication to supporting women on their healing journey.

I have offered services in hormone testing, allergy testing, and customized nutritional planning, and have facilitated intimate workshops for women across Canada—empowering them to make sustainable, meaningful lifestyle changes through education, community, and natural foods.

My Approach

Using a personalized, integrative framework, I help you understand the root causes of your symptoms and support you in creating a nutrition and lifestyle plan that feels nourishing, intuitive, and sustainable.

This may include whole-food nutrition guidance, anti-inflammatory meal planning, digestive repair, blood sugar and hormone balancing, herbal support, gentle detoxification, Ayurvedic guidance tailored to your dosha, and rituals that reconnect you with your body’s natural cycles.

My goal is not only to reduce symptoms—but to help you feel more grounded, energized, and deeply aligned with your body’s innate intelligence. Whether you’re seeking relief from monthly PMS, better digestive health, healthy and sustainable weight loss, or a more loving and connected relationship with your body, I guide you in reconnecting with your natural vitality through real food, mindful nourishment, and holistic healing.

My Philosophy: Pure & Simple

Keep it clean, natural, and as close to Mother Nature as possible.

I believe in the healing power of whole, unprocessed foods, daily rituals, and intuitive living. What we nourish our bodies with shapes our hormonal balance, emotional health, energy, and overall vitality. And because no two bodies are the same, each person requires a unique approach to achieve optimal health.

Your body is always communicating with you. When you learn how to listen, it will tell you exactly what it needs.

Holistic Nutrition

My holistic nutrition services offer a deeply integrative and whole-person approach designed to support women through every stage of life.

I specialize in women’s hormonal health, PMS, burnout, stress, nervous system support, digestive wellness, inflammation, weight loss, and Ayurvedic nutrition—blending modern, evidence-based practices with the wisdom of ancient healing systems.

At the core of my philosophy is the belief that the body is designed to heal when given the right support. I emphasize whole foods, plant-based nourishment, herbal medicine, and daily rituals that restore balance naturally.

While supplements can be helpful, I use them intentionally and only when the body cannot obtain what it needs from high-quality food and herbs alone. Food is medicine, and nature provides most of what we need to thrive.

Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all plan, I look at your entire ecosystem—your biology, digestion, lifestyle, emotional patterns, stress responses, hormonal rhythms, and unique constitution.

Together, we explore how nutrition, daily habits, sleep, movement, and nervous system regulation all interact to shape your hormones, metabolism, energy, mood, and overall sense of wellbeing.
