Therapy Intensives
Therapy Intensives offer a deeply personalized, immersive therapeutic experience designed to support meaningful healing and transformation within a concentrated period of time.
Rather than traditional weekly sessions, intensives allow us to work with greater depth, continuity, and presence—creating space for profound insight, emotional processing, and integration.
Therapy Intensives are offered as 2 or 3-hour, half-day (4-hour) or full-day (8-hour) experiences and are custom-created to align with each client’s unique needs, readiness, and therapeutic goals.
These intensives are conducted in person in Ventura, California and may include a tailored combination of EMDR, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), grief ritual, art therapy, guided meditation, somatic and mindfulness-based practices, parts work, and visioning, within a trauma-informed, somatic and mindfulness-based framework.
These intensives are especially supportive for trauma and attachment wounds, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship patterns, and times when deeper, focused care is needed. Integration and grounding practices are woven throughout to support nervous system regulation, insight, and lasting change beyond the intensive experience.
Grief & Transition Intensive Rituals
Loss of a Loved One
Ceremonies provide a compassionate space to grieve, remember, and transform sorrow into love and remembrance—for family, friends, or animal companions.
Relationship Endings & Life Transitions
Marking the end of a relationship, career, or life chapter with ceremony supports clarity, healing, and movement toward new beginnings.
Eco-Grief & Collective Healing
Earth- and water-based rituals honor environmental and collective losses, offering connection, reverence, and mindful mourning.
Purpose, Renewal, & Rebirth
Not all rituals focus on loss—some celebrate new beginnings, self-love, purpose, and reconnection to spirit, vitality, and gratitude.
Integration & Inner Transformation
Through mindfulness, creative expression, somatic awareness, and reflective practice, these ceremonies support deep healing, inner growth, and renewed presence.
