I believe we are here to remember the truth of who we really are—and to return to love.
Coming home to yourself is a return to love.
This is our mission.
To create spaces where we can return to ourselves, reclaim our wholeness, and remember what it means to be fully alive.
My work is rooted in a simple belief: healing is not about becoming someone else. It is about coming home to who you are.
Coming home means slowing down enough to listen inward. It means understanding what has shaped us, meeting the parts of ourselves we have left behind, tending to what has been wounded, and reconnecting with what is most essential. It is a journey of remembering.
Through psychotherapy, writing, teaching, immersions, and retreats, I create spaces for deeper healing and transformation—spaces where psychological insight meets embodied experience, where relationships become a pathway to healing, and where we can begin to trust our own inner knowing again.
My clinical work is expressed through California Psychology Group, a thoughtfully curated psychotherapy practice offering depth-oriented, relational, attachment-based, and somatic therapy. Together, we create a space where psychological insight meets embodied healing and genuine human connection.
Through my writing and forthcoming book, From Grief to Love, along with immersions, retreats, and future offerings, I am creating experiences that explore the deeper journey of healing, love, and becoming.
At the heart of this work isThe Heroine’s Journey—the movement inward, through what has been lost, protected, and forgotten, and ultimately toward a more whole, embodied, and authentic way of living.
It is a journey from disconnection to belonging. From self-abandonment to self-trust. From surviving to becoming fully alive. From forgetting who we are to remembering.
And perhaps, beneath it all, it is a journey back to the simplest truth:
You were never meant to become someone else. You were meant to come home to yourself.
And coming home to yourself is a return to love.
This is the work. This is the journey. This is the way home.
