Grief is sacred, tender, and deeply personal. In our fast-paced world, we often feel pressured to “move on” before we are ready. But grief is not something to be fixed—it is something to be honored. Grief can transform us in powerful ways and alchemize our deepest pain into our deepest joys of life. Grief creates opportunities to change, find new perspectives and live our life with a heart wide open, should we choose it.
Sacred Grief: Tending to the Heart is an intimate 8-week online group designed to support you as you navigate loss. Whether you are grieving the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a life transition, or unspoken sorrows carried deep within, this group offers a compassionate space to process, heal, and reconnect with yourself.
What to Expect:
Mindfulness & Somatic Practices – Gentle exercises to regulate the nervous system and support emotional integration.
Expressive Arts & Ritual – Creative modalities such as journaling, movement, and guided imagery to honor and give form to grief.
Psychoeducation & Group Support – Learn about the grieving process through an attachment-based, trauma-informed lens while connecting with others who understand.
Compassionate Witnessing – Share your experience in a safe, nonjudgmental space, allowing grief to unfold in its own time.
