Each person enters the world “called” like an oak tree to fulfill their soul’s agenda.” - James Hillman

Self Worth, Anxiety and Mid-Life Transitions
What a beautiful gift to witness a woman standing in, embodying, and believing in herself. Many women have experienced loss, neglect, emotional disconnection, betrayal, abandonment, and/or disconnection in early life with their caregivers, which deeply affected their ability to embrace, love, and accept themselves as they are.
Additionally, we live in a culture that still suppresses women’s voices and discourages women from safely expressing their power.
Maiden to Mature Feminine
Witnessing a woman transition from her “maiden” to “mature feminine” or “mother” archetype is a rite of passage, an initiation that we rarely celebrate in Western culture.
Without the need for validation from the outside world, we can become the guardians of our safety and live a more authentic life, guided by inner confidence, truth, and power.
Often in mid-life, we are faced with the reality of how we have spent the first half of our life and and starting to deeply consider how we want to live our second half. Mid-life is a powerful opportunity for a woman to re-examine and enter into a new relationship with her identity, her life path, and her purpose.
Individual and Couples
I teach individuals and couples to develop a relationship with their body/nervous system, bridging the gap between mind and heart. When we are grounded in our bodies and connected to our true selves, we have an opportunity to feel more at peace and express our authentic truth.
Attachment Trauma & Relationships
Human beings are born with an innate need, to form a close emotional bond (attachment) with their primary caregivers. Our first "serious relationship" in life begins as an infant with our caregivers. This relationship provides us with a blueprint for the way we view ourselves, the world, and relationships.
Our early life attachment experiences inform us about trust, autonomy, and safety. If our attachment bonds have been disrupted, severed, challenged, or inconsistent, as adults we might struggle with trust issues, fear of abandonment, or intimacy and closeness.
Psychotherapy and counseling offer an opportunity to explore and repair painful attachment wounding and relational injuries by helping clients reparent younger parts in the context of a safe, therapeutic relationship.
Grief, Loss, and Unresolved, Complicated Grief
When we have lost a loved one, ambiguously or literally to death, the experience within can be devastatingly painful.
Grief is a dance of amplified emotional landscapes. We might experience deep sadness, depression, anxiety, rage, denial, acceptance, and even joy.
In our work together, we create safety and a solid foundation for your grief to be contained, held, expressed, and healed, without limits, expectations, or demands, while helping you to gently move forward each day.
Ambiguous Loss
Ambiguous loss can look like a divorce, a breakup/relationship ending, a loved one being psychologically absent, absence of a parent (emotionally, physically, and/or psychologically due to mental illness, addiction, an accident/health condition, excessive work, etc., loss of physical contact with friends and family due to immigration, moving, life transitions.
Ambiguous loss can leave one feeling confused, lost, stuck, and unable to move forward with life. It may leave one re-experiencing grief and loss in the present both with self and relationships that recreate contexts that illicit the original loss.
Healing from ambiguous loss asks that we rediscover hidden parts of ourselves that may have gone into hiding when we experienced loss and find ways to connect, embrace, and nurture these wounded aspects.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate that outlines the anticipated costs of your medical and mental health care. Under federal law, healthcare providers must provide an estimate of expected charges to individuals who are uninsured or not using insurance, including for psychotherapy services.
This estimate will cover the total expected cost of non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy. Before scheduling a service, you can request a Good Faith Estimate from your healthcare provider or any provider you plan to see.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 higher than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges. Be sure to keep a copy or a photo of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
