One of the greatest gifts of life is love: to be love, to be loved and to love.
When we are stuck in our past, repeating old patterns, behaviors and belief systems, it can keep us from having the love we deeply desire.
Relationships are a direct source to experiencing love.
Many of us, if not most of us, did not learn how to have authentic, loving and healthy relationships.
We may have learned from dysfunction, chaos and trauma.
Lack of connection often comes from a lack of connection with ourself.
When we don’t feel secure, safe and or loved within, it can create walls and barriers to experience this in romantic relationships.
Next to grief, there is nothing I love talking about more than attachment theory and adult romantic relationships.
If your organization, employees and/or colleagues are craving to understand relationships at a deeper level: why do choose partners who are not good for us, even when we know better, how do we learn to love what is good for us and how do we get the love we really want…?
I would love to speak with your community.
