  • We do not accept insurance directly. We are considered out-of-network providers. We can provide you with a detailed statement (a superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We recommend contacting your provider directly to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits.

  • Fees vary based on the service and session length. Please refer to The Path section on the homepage for a current list of rates for individual therapy, EMDR intensives, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy sessions. Payment is collected at the time of service.

  • We require 48 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will be responsible for the full session fee, as that time was reserved exclusively for you.

  • We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions available anywhere in California. In-person sessions in Ventura are available upon specific request, therapy intensives, and for KAP sessions.

  • The first step is to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation call. This is a pressure-free opportunity to discuss what you're seeking support around, ask any questions, and determine if we are the right fit for your healing journey. You can book this call via the Schedule button.

  • Our approach moves beyond traditional talk therapy by integrating the mind, body, and spirit. We weave evidence-based practices like neuroscience and somatic psychology with sacred/transpersonal elements, including Jungian thought and mindfulness, to support your whole self in the healing process.

  • Item descriptionThe duration of therapy is highly individual. Some clients come for a few months to address a specific issue, while others engage in deep, long-term work. We regularly review your goals together to ensure the process remains aligned with your needs and intentions.

  • The initial sessions are focused on creating a safe container, building trust, and fully understanding your story, history, and current challenges. We will collaboratively define meaningful goals for our work together, moving at a pace that honors your nervous system.

  • Yes, as transformation happens in between sessions. We often co-create personalized practices, such as mindfulness exercises, somatic movements, journaling prompts, or dream reflection, to help integrate the insights and regulation techniques learned in session into your daily life.

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a highly effective, evidence-based therapy that helps the brain reprocess traumatic memories, reducing their lasting effect and distress. We offer EMDR as weekly sessions or through focused, longer intensive therapy for deep healing.

  • KAP involves the therapeutic use of low-dose Ketamine in a supported, clinical setting to facilitate deep, non-ordinary states of consciousness. When combined with psychotherapy, this approach can help disrupt rigid thought patterns, foster emotional breakthroughs, and accelerate healing from depression, trauma, and anxiety.   • We utilize a Jungian lens, which focuses on the depth of the psyche, the unconscious, and the journey toward wholeness (individuation). Dream analysis is a powerful tool within this framework, helping us understand the symbolic messages of your psyche to guide you toward deeper self-knowledge and purpose.
